So, how is the weather ???
Think about it. What do you consider above all other factors when you buy, sell or grow produce? The weather, of course!
And, its the number one un-controllable variable that can make or break a farmer's, salesman's or buyer's day.
The Weather Advisory Service has been providing the agricultural interests in both California and Arizona pertinent weather information with personal attention for over 12 years.
The Weather Advisory Service is led by Terry Snow, who has more than 30 years of forecasting experience both as a meteorologist in the Navy and for the past 12 years forecasting the microclimate conditions for the primary agricultural areas of California and Arizona.
In the past year, the Weather Advisory Service utilizes the forecast skill of Jeff Millard who has over 35 years experience with the Air Force, Navy, and mostly recently with the National Weather Service, Monterey, California.
Both Terry and Jeff are familiar with the localized weather trends and climatological factors...factors that play a strong role in dictating what can be expected from a specific storm or in the longer term sequence of weather systems and ...their impact on AG operations.
